[1] Conference registration for presenting author includes free entry to conference sessions, seminars, lunch, and conference gala dinner.
[2] Conference registration for non-presenting authors & visitor includes free entry to conference sessions, seminars, and lunch only.
[3] All foreign nationals should immediately contact at iccws.secretariat@nccs.pk for intimation about presenting/attending the conference and visa support letter.
[4] Non Presenting Authors/Visitors (on-spot Registration fee) does not includes Conference Dinner.

• Air University students (those who do not register for the conference) will need to buy special tokens for conference lunch and dinner.
• The above fee does not include accommodation during the conference.
• Maximum Two Additional Pages are allowed, rate per page: 1000 PKR for Local Authors & 10 USD for Foreign Authors
• The international non presenting visitor need to get invitation letter for applying visa in advance.
• Please bring your Original CNIC for identification purposes
